Anonymous Declares Total War On Donald Trump In New Video

By :

In a recently uploaded video, an Anonymous spokesperson has called for every able person with a computer to wage war on Donald Trump.

Back in December, the group officially ‘declared war’ on the potential presidential candidate after he called for all Muslims to be banned from entering the United States, and it appears they are now ramping up their efforts.

The video, which begins with the words ‘dear citizens of the world’, shows an unidentifiable figure, clad in a trademark Guy Fawkes mask, who claims that the group have vowed to push an offensive against Republican candidate Donald Trump on a ‘far larger scale’ than in the past.

In the clip, the figure states:

Dear Donald Trump, we have been watching you for a long time and what we see is deeply disturbing.

Your inconsistent and hateful campaign has not only shocked the United States of America [but] you have shocked the entire planet with your appalling actions and ideas.

You say what your current audience wants to hear but in reality you don’t stand for anything except for your personal greed and power.

The figure, who claims to be an Anonymous Loyalist, then states that ‘this is a call to arms’.

He adds:

To our fellow hacktivists throughout the world. This is a call to protect our future, our freedom, and our very way of life. This is a call to you.

We need you to shut down his websites. Research and expose what he doesn’t want the public to know. We need you to dismantle his campaign and sabotage his brand.

The group then ask every single able person with a computer to join the fight, even if they know nothing about hacking, by sharing the video.

The video finishes with the statement:

This is not a warning. This is a declaration of total war. Operation Trump engaged. We are Anonymous. We are legion. We do not forgive. We will not forget. Donald Trump it is too late to expect us.

Trump has been the target of numerous hacks already, but all of which have had little, if any, effect on his popularity.

The video has already been viewed over 160,000 times and in the video description calls on everyone to attack the Trump Tower website on April 1.
