Apple products are everywhere. After spiralling somewhat out of nowhere, they’ve lived a crazy decade at the height of technology – being our phones, laptops, desktops, and watches.
But is the world falling out of touch with all things Apple?
The latest batch of evidence to suggest that our love and lust for Apple is over comes following the new revelations about how quickly they will be releasing their products, according to the Daily Mail.
From now on, it’s thought that that Apple will only do a ‘proper’ upgrade every three years as opposed to the two-year cycle it’s being working around for the past 10 years.
And, according to a Nikkei Asian Review, this year’s iPhone 7 is looking increasingly like it’ll be an ‘incremental’ upgrade – instead of anything more than an actual redesign.
A leaked image of Apple’s upcoming iPhone 7 went viral over Chinese social media last week, but users were left disappointed on finding that it was seemingly almost the exact same as last year’s iPhone 6S, other than two tiny changes – a tweak on the camera lens and the lack of antenna lines.
However, one difference which is widely expected is that the upcoming and larger iPhone 7 Plus will feature a dual camera system for improved image quality – an idea which was spearheaded by numerous Apple rivals.
Copious reports have also suggested that Apple is considering forgetting about the iconic, and lets face it, convenient, 3.5mm headphone jack, in favour of headphones which plug in via the Lightning port.
Because Apple like to be awkward…
