Social media colossus Facebook has lifted the lid on what it takes to get a job at the company.

Business Insider recently revealed that Facebook is apparently the number one place to work in America and is also the most highly sought after place to work as well, so as you’d imagine job candidates go through an extremely meticulous interview process to get their foot in the door.

Miranda Kalinowski, Facebook’s global head of recruiting, gave a glimpse into the social media giant’s hiring process in a recent interview and as you imagine it’s not easy.

Kalinowski highlighted one question in particular that’s popular with interviewers at Facebook, which she claims gives the company some insight into ‘what the candidate is truly passionate about’ and whether that passion is a good fit for Facebook.

It’s definitely not an easy one to come up with off the top of your head — do you think you could answer it?

On your very best day at work — the day you come home and think you have the best job in the world — what did you do that day?

If answered honestly, the question should be a ‘genuine expression of pride and purpose’ from the candidate. So for me the answer would be, “I just finished a busy day flying a plane mainly because I hear pilots do well on Tinder.”

Guess that’s me out of a job at Facebook then…
