The clumsy ones of you will either be a point of laughter for your nearest and dearest, or prone to always injuring yourself – or if you’re really unlucky, both.

If you’re a Sarah or Ben – then sorry guys but you’re pretty clumsy.

Phone repair specialist iSmash, who carried out the research, collected data from over 25,000 phone repairs across the UK over the last three months, reports The Sun.

So basically if you’re one of those who uses a smashed up screen – you may be featuring on this list.

The names of those responsible for damaging their handsets the most were Sarah for females and Ben for males, followed closely by Emma, Laura, James and David.

Men were reportedly the clumsier sex overall – 76% of repairs were for phones belonging to males.

The study follows previous research that found that Northerners were most likely to break their phone – it’s probably all that gravy making their fingers slippy!

Julian Shovlin, founder of iSmash, said:

We carried out the research to see if there was any correlation that might exist between names and phone breakages, with the results suggesting that certain names have less luck than others.

Damaging your phone is always very inconvenient and if your name is on the list, I would suggest buying a case to help save you from future breakages!

So the UK’s 30 clumsiest people, in order are; Ben, James, David, Paul, Sarah, Mark, Richard, Andrew, Alex, Chris, John, Michael, Daniel, Emma, Simon, Matthew, Robert, Laura, Charlotte, Philip, Nick, Peter, Tom, Lucy, Sam, Stephen, Anna, Rebecca, Ian and Jonathan.
