In 2013 Mercedes-Benz called upon golf and automobile fans from around the world to submit their ideas for a Mercedes-Benz high-tech golf cart of the future and in true Mercedes style, the new golf cart is sporty, high-tech and green, making it future-proof. It features a carbon-fibre diffuser  giving it a real sports car character.

It’s packed with all the comfort features needed for a long day out on the golf course; it can accommodate two golf bags slanted rearwards, features a refrigerator under the bench seat, a storage tray under the dashboard to hold your golf balls aligned in a row, bottle holders on the instrument panel support and on the passenger side provide space for glasses and bottles.

So where are the gadgets? Well, the Mercedes- Benz high-tech golf cart features a 10.1-inch touchscreen display onboard with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, which shows all the vital information you need to know like remaining range, vehicle speed, current power consumption or parking brake status. You can also use it to control things like the driving mode (sport or eco), the headlamps, windscreen heater, wipers, and more.

The passengers also get their own gadget to play with; there’s a large screen area beneath the main display for viewing the layout of the golf course and current position or use it for to show your score card electronically.

You can also mix business with pleasure with a hands-free system in place and hi-fi speakers integrated into the rear roof frame strut and there’s plans smartphone mirroring like Apple Carplay or Android Auto.
