The latest must have gadget from Apple will include a pressure sensitive home button (allowing it to work like a laptop trackpad) and a superzoom camera that’ll take brighter and sharper pics in low light.

The Sun reports that the rumours come from a few lucky gadgeteers who’ve been allowed to try out the the latest high-tech offering from Apple.

Apple nearly broke the Internet when rumours began to circulate that they were doing away with the standard 3.5mm jack, which allows users to plug in their headphones.

Unfortunately that rumour seems to have been confirmed, instead the jack’s been replaced with a second speaker, forcing users to use either Bluetooth headphones or plug Apple’s own headphones into the Lightning connector.

The good news about this is that it’ll allow headphones to draw power from the battery for better sound quality, and will reportedly cut out ‘crosstalk’ and signal interference.

Of course many fans aren’t pleased with the jack’s removal prompting fears that it’ll turn users off from purchasing the new device.

That said though it’s going to have a number of features that more than make up for the loss of the jack.

While the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus are going to look a lot like the current 6S and 6S Plus, with the same 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch screens, underneath things are going to change.
