Holly Willoughby has made her return to This Morning in typically banterous fashion.

When I say return, the 37-year-old hasn’t made her way back to the sofa just yet.

She was communicating via video from Australia as she attended the I’m A Celebrity wrap party.

Highlighting a drink in her hand, Phil joked Holly would be on her knees if they ended the interview later.

Holly revealed it was the first time she’d been up at night while filming the show.

Her appearance, a little few sheets to the wind, delighted viewers of the ITV daytime show.

Drunk Holly is the best. I’ll take a glass of whatever she is having.

While she’ll be returning to work in the UK next week, Willoughby won’t be returning to work until 2019, where she’ll be reunited with Philip Schofield on ITV’s Dancing On Ice.

Her I’m A Celeb co-host Declan Donnelly said of her prior to her debut:

I am hugely grateful to Holly for agreeing to accompany me to Australia this year. She was at the top of my list and I’m thrilled she said yes.

It will be a different kind of series but we will try our best to ensure it is no less fun and eventful for our loyal viewers.

I am also pleased to hear Holly is scared of everything. I am almost stupidly excited at the thought of watching her during the eating trials.

Harry Redknapp was crowned King of the Jungle on Sunday night after winning the hearts of viewers across the country. Following Fleur East’s eviction in the penultimate episode, the final came down to John Barrowman, Emily Atack and Redknapp battling it out for the title.

The campmates appeared to figure out the best way to get through their disgusting challenges and squalid camp conditions was by actually getting along with one another, rather than the usual bickering that we’ve come to expect from such celebrity/reality TV shows.

In the run up to the final, Harry was the runaway favourite to win, with odds of 7/1 on, while John had odds of 11/1 and Emily came in third with odds of 14/1.

Of course, no matter the odds, it all came down to final vote in the end. And the public decided Harry was their favourite.
