Phillip Schofield Makes Incredibly Inappropriate Comment While Introducing Rita Ora

The last thing you would expect when tuning into family-friendly daytime show This Morning is a tirade of filth pouring from the beloved mouth of Phillip Schofield.

However, it seems the mind of the silver fox isn’t quite as gleaming as his frosty tresses.

It is of course near-impossible to introduce a Fifty Shades of Grey actress without getting a bit cheeky, but nobody could have predicted the kinky command Phil was about to broadcast to the good British public…

As he introduced an interview with Fifty Shades star Rita Ora, naughty Phil opted to allude to bondage, albeit it in a fairly PG-13 way.

Staring deep into the eyes of This Morning viewers, Phil tried to instruct them to ‘get ready to dig your duct tape out.’

Unfortunately, it was not the 55-year-old’s body which was tied up, but his tongue. And he tripped over those knots big time, warning viewers to ‘get ready to d*ck out’.

It was the moment this great nation simultaneously spat out its cereal milk, with a shaken yet intrigued ‘what the heck was that about, Phil?!’

Phil quickly tried to correct himself, but the damage was done. We had all seen behind the daytime telly host’s friendly gaze to the red room within.

His visibly amused co-host Holly Willoughby quipped, ‘I think I preferred it the first time’ before scolding, ‘Don’t be saying that in front of Rita.’ You guys!

Phil tried to blame his slippery tongue on it being a Monday, which as we all know is the most sensual day of the week:

Oh man – it’s a Monday at 25 to 11. I don’t do many of those!

Gleeful Holly wasn’t the only one to collapse in hysterics at Schofe’s saucy mishap.

This Morning addicts swarmed Twitter, buzzing with excitement at this slice of filth from ITV’s answer to Christian Grey.

For one viewer, one crying-laughing emoji alone would have been an inadequate means of expressing their mirth:

Luckily Schofe was able to have a chuckle at himself. After all – as many viewers have pointed out – it’s usually Holly who drops the clangers.

Taking to Twitter, the veteran host shared his blushes with his amused fans:
