It was Eminem’s turn to throw some shade in his seemingly never-ending diss-battle with Machine Gun Kelly, and the Detroit rapper didn’t hold back.

The feud between the two stars has literally been going on for years, but rather than just call it a day and leave each other alone, it seems there’s always a reason to add more fuel to the fire.

It all started when Kelly tweeted about Slim’s daughter, Hailie, being ‘hot as f*ck’ in 2012, and the beef intensified last year with a series of diss-tracks.

Eminem took a shot at MGK in his song Not Alike on his 2018 album Kamikaze, to which the 28-year-old responded to the Rap God with a song titled Rap Devil.

Slim put an end to the diss-track back and forth with the song Kill Shot, but Kelly had the final word of 2018 when he shared an Instagram post reading ‘fuck rap god [I’m] the rap devil’.

Now you’re all caught up, we can fast forward to this week, as Eminem is touring in Australia.

The Lose Yourself singer was performing in Brisbane when the crowd started chanting for him to play his MGK diss-track Kill Shot.

Em could have given in to his audience and played the song – it’s obviously one track the audience were keen to hear. However, the 46-year-old decided he didn’t want to give Kelly any unnecessary attention by playing the song.

Take a look at his response:

If he’d simply not answered the audience, I probably wouldn’t be here writing about both Eminem and Kelly right now, and neither of them would have gained attention from this particular moment, but the rapper just couldn’t resist dropping a dig while the opportunity was there.

In response to the requests, Eminem said:

I would, but I don’t want to give that cocksucker any more fucking light.

He continued:

Brisbane, did y’all enjoy yourselves tonight?

Make some noise for your fucking selves and make nothing for MGK.

The Berzerk singer’s shot was met with cheers and applause from the audience, though I’m sure they were probably a bit disappointed they didn’t get to take part in a communal dissing of Kelly through singing along to Kill Shot.

It will probably only be a matter of time before MGK responds to the diss. Will this beef ever end?
