50 Cent is no stranger to controversy but this time it seems the rapper has even outdone himself in being a dick.
The 40-year-old hip-hop star posted a video to his colossal 8.4 million Twitter followers showing himself stalking and mocking an airport worker for apparently being high during his shift saying, ‘This new generation is crazy, high as a motherf*cker’.
However, shockingly, it has now been reported that the man in the video, who is visibly awkward and unnerved, is actually disabled and not stoned on drugs, reports KHOU.
YouTubeAs you can probably expect, the video has since been deleted and 50 Cent has faced a huge wrath of fury for abusing the man, whether he’s genuinely disabled or not.
The backlash started when Instagram user, Rusty Stone, who claims she went to school with the airport worker, Andrew Farrell, posted a screenshot of the video as she called out 50 Cent for mocking him, adding that he suffers from ‘extreme social difficulties’.
She wrote:
50cent I went to school with him. His name is Andrew Farrell. He has extreme social difficulties just to let you know. He has a hard enough time getting through life without jackasses like you making fun of him. I hope you feel good about yourself. You just lost a huge fan. @drewfarrell75.
Other users then backed up Stone’s claims, commenting on Andrew’s Instagram page, saying:
Everyone has the right to be protected by their employers while they’re on the clock. 50 needs to be punished for his actions.
The amount of abuse thrown in 50 Cent’s way is innumerable, as is the amount of support handed to Andrew, leading him to even send a message back his supporters saying he plans on taking 50 Cent to court.
He simply wrote:
Thanks everyone for the support and I do plan to go to court about it.
Although the news is currently breaking the Internet, 50 Cent is yet to make a comment following his wholly horrendous antics.
