If you’re still reeling from the news that the much publicised Friends reunion isn’t actually a reunion episode at all, maybe this brand new fan script of the show will tie you over?
Because there’s nothing that technology can’t do nowadays, a robot has actually written a new episode of the show for us all to enjoy.
i fed a recurrent neural network with the scripts for every episode of friends and it learned to generate new scenes pic.twitter.com/RIPvYuzEJM

And there’s a heck of a lot of stuff to enjoy here, with a new character called ‘Chicken Bob’, a marriage proposal to a shoe, and a lot of characters having babies, among other weird developments.
The bizarre and brilliant script is courtesy of Twitter user ‘Andy Pandy’, who tweeted out the results after he fed “a recurrent neural network with the scripts for every episode of friends” into said robot.
No-one told them it was gonna be this way!
Hey, it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense, and there’s a worrying moment of incestuous kissing thrown in but, still, it’s pretty incredible.
i reckon i could tweak this a bit & sell it to a network. all i'd have to do is push a button and BAM, top quality sitcom fodder ready to go

Now, what are the chances the six cast members could actually read and act this all out at the non-reunion special? Please?
