PAI think we all have our spending limits when it comes to buying birthday presents. Friends don’t need anything too excessive, and family know ‘it’s the thought that counts’. But how much would you spend on an ex?
I imagine most people would say nothing – they’re an ex for a reason, unless you managed to end on particularly brilliant terms.
Brad Pitt, on the other hand, would apparently say ‘oh, about £60 million, give or take’.

The actor was married to Friends star Jennifer Aniston from 2000 – 2005, before he went on to marry – and divorce – Angelina Jolie.
According to theMirror, there are rumours that Brad still has a thing for Jennifer, and when she turned 50 in February, he celebrated the occasion with the grandest of grand gestures.
During their marriage, the couple lived together in a house in Beverly Hills, but they gave it up when they split.
Speaking of the situation, sources close to Jennifer reportedly said:
Losing their dream home worsened the heartache of their divorce and it was one of her biggest regrets not buying Brad out.
However, it seems the Fight Club star might have reconciled the situation, as it’s rumoured he bought back the pair’s former home.
The Beverly Hills house was reportedly on the market, and Brad is said to have handed over $79 million (£60.5 million) to buy it. But rather than keep it for himself, the actor gifted the expensive purchase to Jennifer.
Brad attended Jennifer’s birthday party at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles in February, and the birthday girl was reportedly emotional when she found out her ex-husband’s gift, which came after the pair apparently reminisced about their times together in the marital home.
Though I’m sure the house would have been more than sufficient for Jennifer, People report Brad also sent a gift to the actor’s home.

Her friends are all very generous and creative, and she seemed very excited by all the gifts.
Her friends might have been generous, but I don’t think anyone could top Brad’s pricey present!
Speaking about the actor’s appearance at the birthday celebrations, the source added:
Her friends were happy to see Brad at the party. Whatever caused their divorce is long in the past.
Brad has certainly set a high bar when it comes to birthday presents. I expect nothing less than a £60.5 million gift for my next one.
