Got it yet? It’s Miley Cyrus, apparently 21-year-old Mardee Raquel from California looks like Miley Cyrus, so much so that she gets ‘swarmed by Miley fans’ on the streets.
I don’t really see it personally. A bit, maybe.
To be fair, looking through her Instagram it appears she isn’t actually trying to look like Miley, and didn’t set out to get all this attention from the singer’s fans.
