If you don’t have Snapchat, you’ve almost certainly heard of it, so it won’t shock you to find out they’ve gone and splashed out on a huge party house.

The house is in L.A., Venice Beach, and has pretty much everything you’d imagine.

There is a jacuzzi, a sun terrace, a fire pit and a 5,000-square-foot glassed-in deck.

Given Snapchat is worth $16billion, renting out a house that costs $22,500 per month is pretty much like you or me buying a Freddo Frog – even at today’s prices.
