GettyPewDiePie has reached 50 million subscribers and deleted his channel… sort of.
The Swedish sensation, who reached 50 million subscribers and vowed to delete his account in an apparent ‘dispute’ with Youtube, decided to delete a second channel he began in October.
PewDiePie, real name Felix Kjellberg, followed through on his promise but not quite to the extent we all expected.
Instead he took some time out to have a go at the media for covering his prank to the extent it was which, given the coverage, is absolutely fair enough.
We all probably should have known better.
Here’s to 100 million.
