The rundown Pennsylvania home of retail giant Charles Sumner Woolworth has been put on the market for just $295,000 (about £192,000).
The half-destroyed mansion in Scranton, Pennsylvania, built in 1910, belonged to the co-founder of the Woolworth retail empire and boasts nine bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Real estate agent Wayne Evans has said around 20 people have checked it out so far, with one wanting to turn it into a school.
Experts have claimed it would take hundreds of thousands to bring it back to its former glory, but some of the original features are still intact.
