OK, so we’ve all seen Mark Walhberg’s typical daily schedule by now haven’t we?

You know what I’m talking, the apparently frequently-asked-question he answered, much to the delight and shock of everyone, that he dropped on his Instagram story earlier this week.

The one where he claims to have an hour and a half shower, as well as some cryo chamber recovery time.

The whole thing’s beserk.

2:45am: prayer time
3:15am breakfast
3:40-5:15am workout
5:30am post-workout meal
6:00am shower
7:30am golf
8:00am snack
9:30am cryo chamber recovery

He also said, as per BBC:

I start out with steel oats, blueberries and peanut butter for breakfast,” he said. “Then I have a protein shake, three turkey burgers, five pieces of sweet potato at about 5:30 in the morning.

At 8 o’clock, I have about 10 turkey meatballs. At 10:30am, I have a grilled chicken salad with two hard-boiled eggs, olives, avocado, cucumber, tomato, lettuce.

Then at 1 o’clock I have a New York steak with green peppers. At 3.30pm, I have grilled chicken with bok choi. At 5.30/6 o’clock, I have a beautiful piece of halibut or cod or a seabass, with some vegetables, maybe some sautee potatoes and bok choi. And I have a lot of Aquahydrate during the day. That’s it.

How does his family feel about it? Well:

Most of the time I get to work out and do all my stuff while my family’s asleep – especially on the weekends.

By the time I’ve gotten up, worked out, done all my stuff, played golf, the kids are just waking up and my wife’s sleeping in, so it works out good – but that’s one of the big advantages of getting up early.

Now, most importantly, what does banter merchant of the Hollywood Hills, Ryan Reynolds, think about it?

As is his wont, the Deadpool 2 actor recently shared his own strict regimen while appearing on The Tonight Show, and it doesn’t disappoint.

Among his to-do’s are ‘Find out why they’re called Toronto maple leafs and not leaves’, ‘pick up kids from celebrity child kennel’, and ‘Spend the day looking for roles feature a strong male character.’

To be fair, he does a good job of that. And ‘find new hairstyle’? These are the issues alpha-males like Ryan and me face on a daily basis.
