When it comes to Twitter, Ryan Reynolds is king and once again, proven his status by tweeting a hilarious birthday message for his wife.

Actress Blake Lively turned 30 yesterday and the message Reynolds sent to her on the social media site is just perfect.

The Deadpool star, who never misses an opportunity to make a joke online, wrote ‘Happy Birthday to my amazing wife’ alongside a photo of himself next to Blake with more than half of her face cropped out.

It really is the perfect tribute from an actor who is known for his comical tweets and Instagram posts and fans are loving it:

Reynolds previously had us in stitches when he encouraged a girl going through a break-up to Photoshop him over photos of her ex.

In fact, most of his jokes online are about his daughters which sadly, as Blake Lively revealed earlier this month, are made up, telling Glamour magazine:

He’ll run them by me sometimes just to make me laugh, but oh, I’m so in love with him when he writes that stuff.

To be honest I could have told you Ryan’s daughter didn’t really come last place in a bare-knuckle street fighting class.

However, we just love his hysterical tweeting and I’m sure he’ll keep it coming.
