Animal Control in California are searching for an abusive dog owner after footage emerged of her subjecting her pug to unwarranted cruelty.
The video shows a woman carrying a pug by its chest as she enters a yard, before then hurling the poor animal to the floor.
The animal rolls and bounces off the hard ground before being picked up by the vile woman’s boyfriend as the couple argue.
The footage was captured on CCTV outside the home of the boyfriend and has been viewed over 130,000 times online.

Solano County Animal control says the woman is Brandi Chin and says this isn't the first time she's abused this dog.In fact Sgt. Michael Ramirez says she was also seen walking down a street in Fairfield swinging the dog by the tail.A reporter interviewed a woman who says her roommate is Chin's boyfriend and says the two were fighting when Chin threw the dog and then took him.Right now they are trying to find the two of them and think they are hiding in the Vallejo area. Ramirez says they want to file animal cruelty charges against her and have the dog removed saying "the dog doesn't deserve that"That poor dog. I will never understand why someone would want to be an animal owner and then would treat their pet like that… or any living thing like that.

Michael Ramirez of Solano County Animal Control has revealed the identity of the woman is known, and that officers are actively looking for Brandi Chin and her pug, known as Ben.
He said:
We are currently looking for her at this time, she is from what I understand hiding from us.”
He added that Ben is believed to have been severely abused in the past:
She was recently seen walking down a business district in Fairfield and she apparently had the dog by the tail and she was swinging it around.”
Chin is believed to be hiding in the Vallejo area, and it is hoped she will be located so that the dog can be removed from her.
