Spider-Man Spotted Pressure Washing Roof During Rainstorm In Florida

When Spider-Man isn’t hanging off skyscrapers or using his spidey-senses to seek out danger, it turns out he’s doing chores in your local neighbourhood, like cleaning your roof with a pressure washer while a storm brews in the background.

A video has emerged on Instagram showing the superhero scrubbing at someone’s roof, proving that even those with six senses still need to do boring, everyday chores.

The clip was shared on Instagram by George Martinez on Monday and I’m not entirely sure if it’s incredibly brave or just plain stupid.

He wrote: ‘It’s pouring with lightning and thunder in the background. I look out my window…and see this…’

In the clip, you can hear two men debating over whether Spider-Man was tethered or simply relying on his spidey-senses to keep him balanced upon the roof. I definitely like to think it’s just the latter.

However, it turns out the mystery superhero was actually Demetrio, the owner of Sunset Paving & Pressure, who uses his superpowers to blast dirt from his customers’ roofs.

Martinez explained to Fox 35:

He’s the father of a friend of mine who owns a cleaning company. He got the suit for Father’s Day and, well, the rest is history!

Demetrio clearly wasn’t put off by the storm looming in the background of the clip, which was filmed in Miramar, Florida, proving true superheroes are all about putting in a good day’s graft.

And if that’s not enough, it turns out Spider-Man has a mini sidekick, and it’s probably the most wholesome thing you’ll see this week.

One dad wanted his adorable little boy to feel the full superman feels so instead of just giving him the costume and being done with it, he decided to help him climb the walls in true spidey-style.

The mini superhero was filmed in Piketberg, Western Cape, South Africa, by August Koch.

I came from a friend’s birthday on a Sunday afternoon to visit one of my lifelong friends Ben on the farm he runs. As I got there, a little Spiderman figure was clinging to the glass entrance door, only to discover it is a little boy with his dad holding him up from behind. I loved it and said he must show me how Spiderman flies. I got my phone out and the video you saw is the first and only take. Such a treat!

Adorable.
