Famous swole bro, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, is still incredibly swole.

Don’t believe me? Check out his Instagram, where a whole manner of muscles are proudly on display, confirming what we already knew: Dwayne Douglas ‘Can Ya Smell What The Rock is Cookin’?’ Johnson is STACKED.

The Brahma Bull has been getting into shape for the new Fast and the Furious spin-off, not that he really needs to, but I suppose you’ve gotta save face for the internet.

Johnson took to social media to share a picture of him post-shred to reveal more about Hobbs & Shaw and basically, what it’s like to be that big.

He wrote:

Dialed in & hit the mark. 260lbs of attitude & classy cuss words. After 18 weeks of disciplined diet & intense training, here’s where I landed my carcass for shooting my FAST & FURIOUS spin-off HOBBS & SHAW. [sic]

Always room for improvements, but not too bad for a scarred up surgically repaired Brahma Bull who’s injuries always tell the story.

Huge THANKS to my strength and conditioning coach @daverienzi for his masterful strategies that’s constantly shifting daily based on how I’m looking/feeling to achieve our goals. THANKS to EVERYONE in my inner circle (including the NASA scientists) who support the big picture – my diet, training, health & wellness, balance, consistency and execution. [sic]

Finally, THANKS TO ALL THE FANS. My people out there worldwide who buy into our grind belief and my philosophy that payin’ our dues is owed on a daily basis.

In other Rock-related news, his 17-year-old daughter, Simone Garcia Johnson, has said she believes she’s got what it takes to emulate her father’s success and become a WWE legend in her own right.

Simone has started training on a part-time basis at the WWE Performance Center, according to the Mirror. In a recent podcast with ex-WWE announcer, Lilian Garcia, the wrestler Zelina Vega, talked about how she’d become close with Simone, and how they’d started training at the centre in Orlando, Florida.

Of course, Johnson is nothing if not supportive of his daughter’s decision.

Speaking to ABC’s Good Morning America, he beamed:

Simone is working so hard, and her work has already started. She wants to be a WWE wrestler.

I love that idea and I think … We had this big conversation.

She came with me to Hong Kong and Beijing and I said, ‘Honey, whatever your passion is, I support that.’

Simone herself said:

It’s a sport that is unlike anything else in the world. There’s just a certain amount of passion that every move and match requires, and that’s so admirable.

It’s definitely something I’ve thought about and want to pursue.

I mean, how great would this be? Especially if they tag-teamed against Triple H and his kid. Does he have a kid? I’m sure he does. If not, he should have one and create a tag-team.
