Woman With 52 Body Modifications Reveals What She Looked Like Before

Being a physical blank canvas, seeing someone with a handful of tattoos is enough to intrigue me for a good few minutes, let alone over 50 pieces of body art, which is what one woman is all about.

23-year-old Amber Luke is covered in tattoos having developed an ‘addiction’ to them when she turned 16.

The New South Wales native has forked out over $10,000 modifying her ideal appearance, even splitting her tongue in half and having her earlobes stretched.

Speaking to MailOnline in Australia, she said:

I got the name ‘Blue Eyed White Dragon’ from my friends, they call me that because I resemble a dragon with my eyes and tongue.

I see myself as very plain looking when looking at before and after photos, I absolutely hated the way I used to look. I was boring.

As soon as I turned 16, I was inspired by those around me to get tattooed. I craved to know what the feeling was like.

I developed an addiction at 16 years of age. By the time I hit 18, I already had three tattoos. And when I turned 18, I decided to get my first big piece.

Now, I have over 50 tattoos, I haven’t been able to count all of them.

As for the excruciating eye tattoos, Amber added:

The procedure for getting my eyes done was only 40 minutes.

It was very intense and very painful. My eyes got held open while a syringe was injected into my eye four times per eye. I was blind for three weeks.

My tongue split was very uncomfortable as well, I wasn’t able to speak or eat for a week afterwards.

My ears were a very simple procedure; a silicone implant was inserted into the tips of my ears to shape them.

Luckily, Amber’s friends and mum have been ‘very supportive’ of her body modifications.

She said:

My mum cried when she found out that I tattooed my eyeballs, but then she came around.

I have plenty of people who try to bring me down because of the choices I’ve made to my body, but that’s just it; it’s my body.

I also have a lot of positivity surrounding my image. People are often fascinated rather discriminatory towards me.

Amber got the inspiration to have her eyes inked after seeing fellow Aussie Ethan Bramble, 21, who has over 40 body modifications, had blacked out his out.

??‍♀️?

I was originally going to black my eyes out as well until my body mod artist convinced me to go blue because it would make my natural eye colour pop.

I plan on sharpening my two fang teeth into vampire teeth.

I’m planning on getting tattooed tomorrow actually, getting more on my right leg.

I draw the line with body modifications when it comes to implants in the skin. I was going to get horns implanted but changed my mind as I don’t think I would suit it.

I’ll say! Thankfully, Amber urges young people to really look into what they want doing before just doing it.

And he is Amber before the modification process started:

Friday flashback to when I was bare skinned HHAHA #fucknoooooothankyou

Do your research before committing to anything.

You must find an artist that you can trust and bond with.

Same goes for tattooing, you must do your research before getting anything done, make sure you sit on the decision for a while before acting on it.

Keep doing you, Amber.
