You’re probably aware by now that Zac Efron has recently become ripped as fuck.

The white-teethed former poster boy for Disney has transformed into a bit of a monster for the new Baywatch movie, which he’s currently filming for.

Fair play to him for the effort, but when you’re starring next to The Rock you’re always going to be the scrawny one.

And apparently the 28-year-old has been working out with big Dwayne, as seen on his Twitter account.

The Rock posted on his Instagram saying the two of them had been in a pretty intense pull up competition on the beach, and there was only one winner…

#BAYWATCH lifeguards are the fireman of the beach. I did 100 (over hand & wide grip) pull ups and @zacefron did 99. Valiant effort from the kid, but the OG pulled thru. For now, until he dusts me in the speed round. Us #BAYWATCH lifeguards take our jobs extremely serious and we’re the best of the best.
