Google/Marvel StudiosTo celebrate the release of Avengers: Endgame, Google have released an Easter egg which is a whole lot of fun.
The epic superhero blockbuster was finally released in the US today (April 26), much to the delight of American Marvel fans.
Bringing to a close the Infinity Saga, Avengers: Endgame is the brilliant culmination of 22 films which have so far built up the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

If you want to try the Easter egg out for yourself, all you have to do is search for the word ‘Thanos’ on Google, either on desktop or mobile.
Next to where it lists Thanos as a ‘fictional supervillain’, a cartoon image of the infamous Infinity Gauntlet appears.
Clicking on it will make the fingers snap, and so the destruction begins.
Google automatically starts scrolling through the search results page, turning half of the links to dust.
Finally, at the top the 94,800,000 results drops to about 47,400,000 results.
If you want things to go back to normal, you can then click on the glove again and use the Time Stone to restore the search results.
Oh how clever!
It isn’t just Google’s search results Avengers: Endgame has been having an effect on, as Pornhub revealed.
The website released a graph which shows searches for ‘Avengers’ on Pornhub increased by a staggering 2912 per cent on April 19, when compared to the average number recorded earlier in the month.
That’s an additional two million searches in just over seven days.
Discussing the results, the website added:
In addition to the searches containing ‘Avengers’, Pornhub’s statisticians found that major Marvel characters also peaked in popularity. Topping the list is ‘Captain Marvel’ followed by ‘Black Widow’ and ‘Spider Man’.
Captain Marvel beat out the previous winner, Black Widow, by triple the amount of searches.
PornhubEarlier this month Pornhub launched a new ‘BeeSexual’ channel which raises money for bee conservation.
Every time you watch the bees getting busy, the porn site will donate money to an organisation focused on bee preservation or protection.
